Questions, a problem, or something wrong with what another rider shared: email [email protected]. Reports are answered within 24 hours.

How do I join the beta?

Velo is in beta on iPhone, through Apple's TestFlight. It needs iOS 26 or later. Install TestFlight from the App Store, then open the TestFlight invite on your iPhone and tap Accept, then Install. TestFlight offers each new build as it comes out. Open Velo and sign in with Apple to create your account.

How do I delete my account?

In Velo, open Settings and tap Delete account at the bottom. It is permanent: your rides, their files, photos, garage, settings and social profile are removed from the server at once. If you can't open the app, ask Benny Bergle at [email protected]. The privacy policy says exactly what is deleted, and when it leaves the backups.

How do I report a rider or something they shared?

Open the menu on the ride, the photo or the rider's profile and choose Report. Pick a reason and add your own words if you like. The administrators see reports, not the rider, and the rider isn't told who reported. From the same menu, Hide blocks the rider: you stop seeing each other, and any follow between you ends. Reports are answered within 24 hours.

What are privacy zones?

Places you want kept off the map, such as home or work, each with a radius. Set them in Settings, Social. Any part of a shared ride inside a zone is cut out of the map and the charts other riders see, with a margin so the edge of a zone can't be worked out, and the start and end of every shared ride are trimmed too. Until you have set zones, or said you want none, followers see your rides without a map. Your zones are never shown to anyone.

Who can see my rides?

Followers you approve, and anyone who has social on if you make your profile public. You can hide any ride, or stop sharing new rides automatically, in Settings, Social. The privacy policy has the details.
